Description
preface
It is very important for medical imaging students to understand that radiographic
evaluation of the internal components of human body is a difficult task due the
complexity of the internal anatomic structures of human body.
Radiographic images, x-ray films, sonographic section, CT scan or magnetic resonance
images, are all represent an illustration of anatomical views of the internal components of
human body, the key to understand the normal appearance of radiographic images and
consequently to obtain ideal and informative radiographic images, is the comprehensive
knowledge of the normal anatomical structure of human body.
This simplified text book of radiographic anatomy and physiology presents the
anatomical structure and the relationships of internal components of human body and
their basic physiological mechanisms for medical imaging students, to facilitate their
understanding of the radiographic anatomy of human body, and the interactions of its
different systems together to support the functions of life as well as to conceptualizing
spatial relationships of anatomic structures, in a simple easy way.
Great care has been taken in the presentation of the content of this book to ensure
that most of the radiological appearances are described in an easy and direct way to
meet the basic requirement of medical imaging students.
It is my sincerely hope that the readers this simplified text book will find enjoy full and
useful for their basic knowledge, and I hope that it will facilitate their future daily
